Back with a capital B!

Ahh, I love having the shift key in its "regular" place.

Anyway, I am completely shattered, but not exactly sleepy-shattered, but just thinking-shattered, if that makes sense. Long freaking flight from London to here, and then having to lug my luggage on a bus and then the subway and then another bus is oh-so-tiring. And to top it all off, it's 10:35 pm here, but 3:35 am London time so I should be crashing, but I'm too exhausted to even crash.

And apparently summer has bestowed itself on Toronto. It was so shockingly hot and hazy upon my return.

When I am more cognizant, I will post lots of pictures, but for now, check out some on Claire's blog. We had such fun, and I'm going to miss her. Why can't my good blog friends all live in one Utopian-city?? (I nominate Paris for this Utopian city 'cuz I love it!) I talked to Claire in my head all the time yesterday while I went on an Oxford St. shopping spree.

Oh, and Avenue Q was soooooooooooooooo amazing! I loved it.

Also, I find it crazy that I woke up this morning in London, but I'm going to bed in Toronto. Air travel rocks.

Also, even though I'm supremely exhausted at the moment, my awesome vacation has left me more energized than I have been in a long time. I've been scattered for longer than I care to admit, but I *know* that I've come home with more focus than I've had for a long time. And, goodness knows that I need this focus because the upcoming school year is going to be challenging both personally (Becca T being overseas) and professionally (new curriculum).

But honestly, I've returned home knowing that I can rock these changes, and focus on being a better, happier me.

p.s. Photos soon.
